nice layout helpful employees dated furniture dead bug
the layout of the villa was nice. i liked how spacious it was. the pool area had a lazy river, that was very relaxing. all the employees were sweet and helpful at any moment.
the room had older furniture. the carpet was old and not clean. there was a dead bug in the unit. i find this disgusting.

a lovely escape
beautiful hotel great memory fantastic accommodation ample space
The hotel was beautiful. It provided a real escape from the everyday. our villa was fantastic with everything we needed. we made some great memories. the accommodations provided ample space for everyone in our group.
The villa was quite far from the main building. It required using the shuttle for most activities.

the resort is in a secure area with several golf courses. it offers convenient access to supermarkets and restaurants, a definite plus. though not close to the parks, it is easy to get there.

The reunion shuttle was handy, and the app made requesting rides simple. staff were helpful and sweet. patrice was an excellent server at the christmas buffet. She provided great service.

the villa was spacious, with a nice layout. the room included a full kitchen, great for meal preparation, it was well equipped. a spacious terrace offered great views of the golf course, it really enhanced our stay.

The christmas buffet at the clubhouse offered various tasty selections. i did find it surprising that no restaurants were open in the resort on sunday evening. the meal offered a variety of options. I loved it.
